Non-personally identifiable information is information collected by oGoBoGo.com in the normal course of operating its business that does not reveal the specific identity of the consumer. This data records an individual's activity either on the oGoBoGo.com website or within a oGoBoGo.com -initiated e-mail. Types of non-personally identifiable information collected include:
oGoBoGo.com places the highest value on the privacy of children. oGoBoGo.com does not knowingly accept PII from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use this website or receive e-mail marketing materials without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

oGoBoGo.com manages e-mail lists through its List Management Arrangements. Consumers may wish to remove themselves from specific oGoBoGo.com marketing lists. As such, users may remove themselves from a specific mailing list by utilizing the list-unsubscribe option that is present and available at the end of each e-mail that oGoBoGo.com sends.
Moreover, consumers may elect not to receive advertisements from a specific advertiser at any time. In every e-mail communication we send, there is also an unsubscribe hyperlink that allows the recipient to unsubscribe from receiving commercial emails from that specific advertiser by clicking the hyperlink provided and following the instructions provided. We process all unsubscribe requests in a prompt fashion.
Unsubscribe requests are either processed on an advertiser-specific basis or on a list-specific basis, depending on the selection the consumer makes. Unsubscribing from one list managed by oGoBoGo.com will not remove the consumer from all oGoBoGo.com marketing lists. Similarly, unsubscribing from one advertiser will not prevent the consumer from receiving all advertisers' emails.

oGoBoGo.com may employ "cookies" to help customize your access to the website, and for the delivery of targeted advertisements. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Cookies have many benefits to enhance your experience at our website and to facilitate the receipt of targeted advertisements.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing activity-based information about you, and it is designed to facilitate the receipt of targeted and relevant advertisements. The cookie is not associated with your email address or any other PII.
oGoBoGo.com's cookies are used to for two purposes. First, oGoBoGo.com leverages cookies to better serve display advertising to consumers; these advertisements are chosen to meet specific consumers previous web-surfing or demographic data, but the advertisements are not selected using data such as WHO specifically a consumer is. Secondly, oGoBoGo.com leverages cookies to provide partners with demographic information regarding the consumers who visit the partner's site. Again, no PII(such as name or email address) is included in the cookies oGoBoGo.com sets.

Additionally, every email we send as a result of a list management relationship contains a bit of code known as a "web beacon." This code allows us to understand the time and date of when a user has opened an email and when he/she has utilized a link within the email to visit a Web site. Our web beacons do not collect PII. oGoBoGo.com reserves the right to provide aggregate or group data about oGoBoGo.com users for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage, or characteristics of oGoBoGo.com participants as a group, without disclosing PII.
In addition, by registering at the website, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR §310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the "Rule"). California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have provided PII to oGoBoGo.com or its partners in list management arrangements to request certain information regarding oGoBoGo.com's disclosure of PII to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of PII disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this section.
